DM7 was made by adapting with four-way crossover which include Knowles high-frequency composite balanced armature ( SWFK-31376 ), medium-high frequency balanced armature ( ED-29689 ), low frequency balanced armature ( CI-22955 ) and SONION medium & low frequency composite balanced armature ( 33AP007 ), 4 channel and 4 Knowles acoustic damping.

The shell is made of PMMA acrylic fiber material from Germany EnvisionTEC 3D printing equipment, it improving the temperature and impact resistance.
