Ear mold Requirement

Requirement is ear canal part crosses second curve, socket should be full and thick, it would be fine that overall doesn't have too many flaws.

The second curve mark by horizontal line, pedestal position mark by circle.

If you are singers, they need to open their mouths to make ear molds.

If it is only for listen to music, no need to open mouth to make ear molds. They closed their mouths, so won’t miss the sound.

If you are ordinary audiophiles, closed their mouths to make the ear molds. In this way, the ear canal will be in a normal state and will not be compressed and deformed. Soundproof will be better after make out.
