Ordering
When you place an order on any of our websites you will
receive confirmation of your order and of dispatch via email. Please make sure
that the email address you provide is correct and the mail account provided by

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that product and
price details are correctly displayed on the Penonaudio.com website we cannot
be held responsible for their accuracy. It is your responsibility to ensure
that prior to placing an order you have checked the details of the products you
order as they may have changed since you last viewed them on our website.
All products displayed on our websites are subject to
availability.
Prices and stock are not contractually confirmed until
you receive the confirmation of dispatch sent to the email account provided by
you. Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself and Penon Audio
through this website shall be governed and construed according to Hong Kong law
and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the Hong Kong courts.
If paying by credit card or PayPal, you will be charged
immediately for your order.
All purchases made on the website are processed via
Paypal's merchant processing system. Your credit card purchase will
be quick, seamless and very secure - we never see your card details
and they are not stored by Penon Audio.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
If the items you have ordered are damaged/defective on
arrival ,you must inform us within
2 days of receipt,Email our customer service to
[email protected] / [email protected] with your Order ID and the item
you wish to return or exchange. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange
with providing the items are shipped out within 5 days of receiving our reply.
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable ,you must
inform us within 2 days of receipt,Email our customer service
to [email protected] / [email protected] with
your Order ID and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will then be
happy to make a refund/exchange with providing the items are returned completely
in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 15 days of
receiving your email.
About return for exchange, except the item is faulty, if
return for full refund , you will be required to arrange and pay for all
delivery costs including the return of the items to us.If returning items to us
by post, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot
accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon received items returned
as defective, we will arrange for an exchange or full refund. Penon Audio's
decision is final.
Warranty Policy
We take 1 year FREE warranty for all listed products
exclude the accessory.
If the product is human damaged , the repair fee will be
determined by the factory .we will keep you informed .
