SA9227 Asynchronous Clock

The conventional decoding scheme uses a 12MHz crystal frequency division, which is not divisible by 44.1 and 48K, and only an approximate value can be obtained at the top. This is where the sound fragmentation comes from. We use 45.1584M/49.152M asynchronous dual clock, corresponding to 44.1K and 48K precise decoding.

CD format: 45.1584/44.1 = 1024 k

DVD format: 49.152m /48K=1024
